WWA has been awarded ‘One to Watch’ status by Best Companies for 2018. This accreditation recognises our high levels of workplace engagement and promising signs for the future of our company.

Best Companies was created to provide learning opportunities and reward organisations who make a positive contribution to staff engagement, subsequently creating a happier and healthier workforce.

In conjunction with publishing partner The Sunday Times, almost 300,000 staff across a variety of sectors have determined the list rankings.

The Best Companies employers’ accreditations are recognised as the workplace standard for employee engagement. They work with some of the world’s best-known organisations; measuring, improving and recognising companies that provide a great place to work.
