The award-winning Brunel Quays project incorporated two phases of construction to create new homes.
Phase 1 of the project included the construction of 12 luxury apartments. It also involved the rebuilding and conversion of a fire damaged, former Great Western Railway Yard building, to form an additional 8 terraced houses.
Phase 2 included construction of 10 apartments, with attached offices and associated garaging and external works.
The WWA Truro office was appointed to undertake Quantity Surveying, Cost Planning and the preparation of Bills of Quantities.
