Brunel Two is a stunning new development in the heart of Lostwithiel. It is the historic capital of Cornwall and in close proximity to the River Fowey.

The developer Wombwell Homes was also responsible for the award winning Brunel Quays project.

Brunel Two includes a total of 44 homes and apartments. Beautifully designed with high specification finishes, the properties are sustainable, low-maintenance, energy efficient. They offer the purchaser a choice of kitchen and bathroom options.

The first homes have recently been completed with a number already occupied. Further homes will be released in the coming months.

The development is adjacent to the Penzance to Paddington main line. As such, the development required close liaison with Network Rail. The historic uses of the site also meant that significant ground remediation works needed to be undertaken.

WWA has been appointed to undertake the Quantity Surveying role including Cost Planning and Financial Reporting.
