This project involves the construction of 4 individual high-quality, traditional family homes, set within a popular area on the outskirts of Truro.

The existing site incorporated a mature wooded landscape and two listed buildings. The design for the residential development has been developed by Architects Lilly Lewarne to be sympathetic to its context and compliment the natural surroundings, working with the topography of the site and utilising natural materials throughout.

WWA is appointed to provide Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services on this project.
