The Ram Quarter project involves the £600m redevelopment of the former Youngs Brewery site in South London. It will see the creation of housing, restaurants and shops. Along with significant public realm and landscaping works incorporating, the once hidden River Wandle.

Phase 3 of the project, for developer Greenland Group, sees the construction of 34 new homes, as well as offices and workshops. In addition, another 16 homes will be created as a result of restoration works to the existing Grade II Listed Church Row Terrace.
