The works for the client Falmouth School, involved the Design and Construction of a new Sports Pavilion Building. The new facilities comprise of changing rooms on the ground floor and a gym and three multi-use spaces on the first floor.

It has been part of a wider programme of works by Falmouth School, which included the construction of a new 3G pitch and sports fields, including; associated access roads, car parking and external works.

The project was procured through the Scape Minor Works Framework and started on site in November 2017.
