Ward William Associates provided Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent and CDM Principal Designer services on the new GP Doctors Surgery on North Prospect Road in Plymouth.

Working alongside contractors Dawnus, the project was successfully completed and handed over to the medical staff in June 2015.

The building incorporates 10 GP consultation rooms, nurse treatment rooms, reception area, patient waiting areas, office accommodation and meeting rooms.

This project has delivered purpose built facilities to assist staff in delivering high quality healthcare to the community in Milehouse and North Prospect.
