TRAINEES & GRADUATES

Ward Williams Associates provides apprentice and trainee programmes for a range of individuals, whether straight from GCSE and A-levels, or as part of a career change for mature candidates.

Training programmes for quantity surveyors, project managers and building surveyors, include day/block release study, coupled with work experience, enabling fast track progression.

WWA training schemes are focused on an individual approach for each member of staff, encompassing regular appraisals, on and off the job training, mentoring from our senior personnel and continual development of the skills necessary for personal and professional development, to meet the needs of our extensive client base.

Trainees and graduates are encouraged to undertake the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to achieve Chartered status, assisting in their career development and expert knowledge.

WWA offer a mentoring scheme via in-house APC doctors who are able to provide individuals with advice, support and guidance throughout the process.

As a Trainee Surveyor or Graduate, WWA will provide you with the opportunity to achieve your professional qualifications in an environment that offers diverse experience and tailored training to help you achieve your career aspirations.
