The WWA Gloucester office has been appointed by Boo Homes, to deliver a luxury housing scheme in Cheltenham. This project involves the development of a former industrial estate to luxury housing, incorporating three, four and five bed homes.

The award winning developer Boo Homes, based in Cheltenham, have completed a number of residential schemes locally and this project is the latest addition to their portfolio.

The ethos behind the Leckhampton Road development is to create properties that are spacious, high quality, contemporary and of architectural merit. Ward Williams Associates will be delivering quantity surveying, project management and CDM coordinator services on this project.
