Jo Named One of Cornwall’s 30 Under 30!

Senior Quantity Surveyor, Jo Godolphin has been highlighted as one of Cornwall’s 30 Under 30 – a celebration of the county’s brightest young talent and influencers of the future.

Business Cornwall Magazine in conjunction with Cornwall Chamber and The Hub, recently compiled the list of young business people, from a range of diverse backgrounds and sectors, who stand out for their achievements to date.

Jo achieved a degree in Music, before deciding on a career in the construction industry. Whilst working as a trainee for a local surveying practice she began her masters in Quantity Surveying to cement her path into surveying.

In 2016, Jo joined WWA, where to date she has worked on numerous projects in sectors including; affordable and luxury housing, hotels and commercial units. Following successful completion of her master’s degree, Jo is well on her way to chartership via the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

At the end of 2017 her hard work and dedication was acknowledged and she was promoted to Senior Quantity Surveyor.

It’s fantastic that the construction industry is being recognised within these awards as it is so important to the Cornish economy. I’m thankful that WWA has been so supportive of me in my career to date, which has enabled me to develop my skills in such a great environment”.
