10 Feb Mount Wise, Plymouth – Waterside Luxury Homes

The development of the Mount Wise site in Plymouth is set to create luxury waterside apartments, with arguably the best views in the city!

The latest phase of the project, Phase 3, involves the construction of the £10m Leeward House, which is due for completion in Autumn 2017. The six-storey, 5,550sq m block will include 59 apartments boasting wide reaching, uninterrupted views across Plymouth Sound.

Work started on Phase 1 in 2010 and included 159 units and in 2013 the £13.5m Phase 2 scheme started, which encompassed 59 units, a mix of houses and flats, built either side of Admiralty House.

Ward Williams Associates are involved in this latest phase of the scheme, providing Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Principal Designer services to Mount Wise (Devon) Ltd.
