27 Nov New Student Accommodation in Bath

The WWA Gloucester office have been appointed to provide quantity surveying services on a new development – student accommodation in Bath.

WWA will form part of a team appointed by James House Limited, which includes; GVA as project lead and Stride Treglown to provide architectural services.

The development will involve the demolition of two existing buildings to make way for the construction of 168 bedrooms on St James Street. The accommodation will consist of a mixture of self-contained studio apartments and townhouses with communal living areas.

This scheme will provide much needed student housing in the area, reducing the pressures on traditional housing and providing purpose built accommodation, offering students more choice.
