27 May New LDD Office Development Opens

Global Marine & Subsea Integrated Foundations Services Company LDD Limited has expanded their presence in Cornwall, following the opening of their new HQ office development, Kerrek House at Tolvaddon Business Park in Pool, near Camborne.

The £3.3m BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated facility has been developed by Balanus Assets Ltd and RJM Property and Development Consultants, with support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) who provided £1.8m of funding towards the project.

LDD will be moving from their current HQ base at Rosemanowes Quarry, Herniss, near Penryn to lease the facility, which includes modern, state-of-the-art offices; a linked manufacturing workshop, storage yard and standalone maintenance building.

WWA provided Cost and Project Management services throughout the duration of the project.
