Phase 3 Starts for £30m Mount Wise Redevelopment

The £30m redevelopment at Mount Wise will see the transformation of the former naval headquarters in Plymouth into desirable residential accommodation.

The Mount Wise development is becoming a sought after waterfront destination, with high quality residential properties, cricketing pavilion, office accommodation, retail units and plans for a boutique hotel.

Phase 3A encompasses £9m of works to create a six-storey concrete frame apartment block of 59 units, including 5 penthouses.

The building is designed to maximise views and natural daylight. The contemporary design includes a combination of inset and projecting balconies to the apartments and a high level of specification throughout. The works have now commenced on site with Henry Pollard and Sons providing design and build contractor services.
