Saudi Arabia’s first skyscraper the 267-meter tall Al Faisaliah tower was designed by the Buro Happold & Sir Norman Foster joint venture.
The 34 storey high rise tower forms the centrepiece of the mixed development comprising a office block, a luxury six star hotel for the redwood group, a multi-level shopping mall, banqueting and conference facilities and luxury apartments on a prominent site in Riyadh city centre which can be seen from any point on the horizon.
WWA provided Quantity Surveying services, to deliver what was, for a short time, the Middle East’s tallest structure.
