Cornwall Bio Park developed by Hallenbeagle Estates Ltd and match funded by ERDF Convergence, comprises a waste and energy development and business park adjacent to Network Rail’s London – Penzance line.

The project saw remediation 200+ mine shafts, arsenic-contaminated land, Gypsy site relocation, Listed engine house refurbishments, A30 road bridge strengthening, new s38 roads, s278 site entrances and plot servicing.

It is a catalyst for economic growth and regeneration in the area. WWA provided multi-disciplinary services on this complex infrastructure project.

WWA provided Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM Principal Designer services throughout the project.
