HomeMade at Heartlands, is located next to the multi-award winning Heartlands Project in Pool, Cornwall, which was also delivered by WWA.

The scheme, being developed by the UK Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), Carillion-igloo and Coastline Housing, involves the construction of 150 new and affordable homes.

Within this development, 54 homes will be available as custom plots. This allows the home buyer to visit the ‘plot shop’ where they will be able to; select where they want to live on site, their desired architectural design and the builder to construct the property. With all of these options, home buyers will be able to completely customise their new home.

Ward Williams Associates are providing Quantity Surveying and CDM Principal Designer services on this project.

The Trevenson Park South project was nominated for a Daily Telegraph ‘Homebuilding & Renovating Award and was successful at the Buildit Awards in 2015.
