WWA was appointed to provide Quantity Surveying services on a new student housing scheme in the centre of Bath.

WWA formed part of a team appointed by James House Limited, which included; GVA as Project Lead and Stride Treglown providing Architectural Services.

The development involved the demolition of two existing buildings to make way for the construction of 168 bedrooms on St James Street. The accommodation consists of a mixture of self-contained studio apartments and townhouses with communal living areas.

This scheme provides much needed student housing in the area, reducing the pressures on traditional housing and providing purpose built accommodation, offering students more choice.
