WWA has been appointed by Boo Homes, to deliver a luxury housing scheme in Cheltenham.

This project involves the development of a former industrial estate into a luxury residential development of three, four and five bed homes.

The award winning developer Boo Homes, based in Cheltenham, have completed a number of residential schemes locally and this project is the latest addition to their portfolio. The ethos behind the Leckhampton Road development is to create properties that are spacious, high quality, contemporary and of architectural merit.

Ward Williams Associates will be delivering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM Principal Designer services on this project.

The site is challenging due to the change of use from industrial/commercial space to residential.
