The Marsh Mills Retail Park project in Plymouth comprises of the demolition of the existing hotel on the site and the construction of over 8,000 sqm of new retail and leisure floor space.

The new units will accommodate a variety of blue-chip tenants including; Mothercare, Costa, KFC and Wren, among others.

Construction of these stores is expected to be completed within the year.

The design has been carefully considered to soften the visual impact of the buildings. A new façade system of translucent or opaque polycarbonate materials will be used. This will also create a strikingly modern approach and set the buildings apart from the typical appearance of retail parks.

It is expected that the development will create over 60 jobs, promoting economic growth in local area.

The project is being delivered by the Ward Williams Associates Plymouth office, who are providing Quantity Surveying services throughout the project duration.
