The Mount Wise development is an exceptional regeneration project in the centre of Plymouth, formerly a fortified MOD estate closed to the public, now a thriving new community. 250 high-quality homes have been delivered with a further 59 in Leeward House. The development surrounds a cricket pitch where a new pavilion and community building has been built.  There is a café on the site and retail space together with several business tenants occupying office suites in the Grade II Listed Mount Wise House.

A substantial/identifiable stage of the project completed in 2017 was Leeward House.  This is a contemporary apartment building, comprising 59 one, two and three-bedroom apartments over six floors, with stunning views over the River Tamar, Plymouth Sound, Plymouth and Dartmoor. Amenities on-site also include communal bicycle storage and refuse areas.
