WWA are appointed as Employer’s Agent for a commercial project constructing two warehouse units, and split into two contracts, as part of the next phase of the Stoudwater modern business park development in Stonehouse, Stroud.
The first contract sees the construction of a 20,000 sq ft warehouse with mezzanine offices, car parking and an external yard area, with the second contract providing for the construction of a 50,000 sq ft warehouse with mezzanine offices, external yard, car park and landscaping, and an additional road to access both units.
A key objective for this development is to provide commercial and industrial, manufacturing and warehouse development opportunities in an area that currently has very limited commercial space.
