Royal Porcelain Works, Worcester

The Bransford Trust acquired the former Worcester Porcelain Works in 2012, with the intention to create a mixed-use development and arts venue for the city.

The project comprises of the redevelopment of the existing Grade II listed structure. This building will be refurbished and extended to create a public events venue, flexible office space, café and retail provision.

In addition, there will also be new build elements on the site. These will include seven town houses and three apartments.

Within the grounds landscaped areas will create a new public open space. This is intended for markets and performances, with the provision of outside seating.

WWA has been appointed on this project to provide the Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role.
