15 Feb Swoon Opens in Bristol

Gelato Café, Swoon opened this week in Bristol to rave reviews!

The new dessert restaurant on College Green serves artisan Italian gelato on the premises all year round, with seating for up to 30 people.

The development of Swoon involved the extensive refurbishment of a Grade II Listed property in the city centre, including a new shop front and complete internal reconfiguration.

The design concept was create by Enpuro Design and intended to be distinctive and high specification, through the use of materials such as marble and sleek, sophisticated fixtures and fittings.

Ward Williams Associates, was a key consultant on the project, providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services throughout.

“The unit has been completely transformed from its previous use as a convenience shop to what is now a fantastic looking gelato café with bespoke, high-end finishes. The brand created by Enpuro and the client is unique to the Bristol market in an unrivalled location opposite Bristol Cathedral”.
