13 Jan Ward Williams Associates Appointed For LHC Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services Framework
We are delighted to share that we have been appointed to the LHC Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services Framework (MDC1) to deliver Project Management and Quantity Surveying services.
The framework, which is expected to be worth £500m over six years, is accessible to public sector organisations across two regional business units: LSE (London South East) and CPC (Consortium Procurement Construction, a partnership between LHC and the Northern Housing Consortium).
The framework has been carefully developed to even the playing field for micro-SMEs, small enterprises, and medium to large companies. Tenders have been evaluated on a 70% quality and 30% price split with a goal of increasing equal opportunity, reduce barriers to entry for smaller businesses, and appoint companies with diverse leadership and workforces that reflect the regions and communities that the framework will serve.
