WWA Appointed on Affordable Housing Framework

WWA have been appointed as multi-disciplinary consultants on the new build affordable housing framework for the Westward Housing Group.

Westward Housing Group is one of the main affordable housing providers in the South West, with approximately 7,000 homes across Devon and Cornwall. The group comprises of Tarka Housing, Westcountry Housing and Help to Buy South West.

It also includes Horizon Homes, which sells properties on the open market, channelling profits back into the organisation to deliver more affordable residential schemes.

During this four year framework Westward have targeted the construction of a further 300 homes in the region, with a number already at the planning stage.

WWA along with two other practices have been appointed to provide; quantity surveying, employer’s agent, project management and CDM Coordinator services on these potential projects.
