The Launchpad and Link buildings for Falmouth University are the latest additions to the Penryn Campus.

The Launchpad building provides an extension to the existing AIR building. It creates a new facility, which houses Business Entrepreneurship and postgraduates in a studio workspace environment. In addition, the innovative Link Building between AIR and Launchpad has been constructed to house staff offices, reception, exhibition/dining spaces.

The buildings act as a beacon for the Penryn Campus and incorporate many sustainable features to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’.

WWA was appointed on this project via the South West Consultants Framework to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services.

In addition, the WWA sub-consultant team incorporated Stride Treglown and WSP, providing the Technical Advisor role and 2020 Projects providing Interior Design services.
