Cornwall Council’s Employment Space for Advanced Manufacture (ESAM) is the first phase of their new Carluddon Technology Park in St Austell. Part funded by the ERDF, ESAM is at the heart of the West Carclaze Garden Village, a major public/private partnership bringing multi-million-pound transformational regeneration and investment. ESAM will play a key role in attracting game-changing advanced manufacturing, engineering and low-carbon environmental businesses to establish and thrive in the strategically located Mid Cornwall growth area.

WWA was appointed via the Cornwall Council Framework to provide Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Health and Safety services on this significant scheme, which also encompasses major infrastructure works.

Built to a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard this exciting building incorporates many sustainable features and set a benchmark for design, quality and sustainability in the local area.
