This project involves the restoration of the once derelict, Grade II Listed Devonport Market Hall.

The £7m project will transform the former market building, built in 1852, into a digital technology hub, with a bar and restaurant.

Through extending the internal spaces the new scheme will accommodate flexible work, event and leisure spaces. The new areas will be covered with a 15m high immersive dome, which will provide a large scale virtual reality theatre, an innovation, which will be the first of its kind in the UK and Europe.

Ward Williams Associates are providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services on this scheme, working closely with LePage Architects.
