WWA were appointed to provide full Quantity Surveying and Project Management services for the design and construction of a 9,000 sq ft local centre located off the A38 between Gloucester and Tewkesbury.

Within the local centre are six single-storey retail units and leisure facilities for local residents.

The development also included parking areas, shopfront, landscaping, EV charging, cycle parking and planted areas.
