The new Penair classroom block at Penair Secondary School in Truro provided 4 modern classrooms for the humanities department. Each room was fully equipped with the latest IT and interactive learning equipment.

The design incorporated a number of innovative features to mitigate the effects of weather on the construction process, facilitating a tight construction programme.

WWA provided Project Management services for the enabling works and demolition contract, as well as Quantity Surveying services for the new build project.
