The Cornwall Sustainable Buildings Trust created the Green Build Hub as a living laboratory for sustainable construction in the UK.

The £1.4m ERDF funded project incorporates a number of sustainable features, including; photovoltaics, rainwater harvesting and recycled materials, to achieve a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating.

The scheme was developed with a strong ethos of training and development, providing local stakeholders from schools, universities and the general public with the opportunity to find out more about sustainable construction throughout the construction process.

WWA was appointed as lead consultant delivering Project Management, Quantity Surveying, CDM Principal Designer, Building Surveying and BREEAM Assessor services throughout the project duration.
