We are immensely proud of Craig Tanner on winning his place in Cornwall’s 30 under 30 2020!
Craig was born in Cornwall and has always lived studied and worked in the county. He embodies all that is means to be Cornish.
After graduating from Falmouth University, keen to achieve his career aspirations in Cornwall, he secured a role with our WWA team in Truro as an Assistant Project Manager. The role involved supporting the Project Management team on a broad range of construction projects across the county. His hard work and enthusiasm have earnt him a rapid promotion to Project Manager and greater project responsibility!
Since joining WWA, Craig has worked on a broad range of complex, high profile projects that have strategic importance to Cornwall with key clients including Cornwall Council and Falmouth University.
Craig is a champion of broadening the horizons of young people in Cornwall and was a Team Leader for Plymouth Argyle Community Trust for the National Citizen Service programme across the County. He is also a Construction Ambassador and regularly gives talks and attends career fairs to highlight the opportunities for a fulfilling career in the construction industry.
Having completed an MSc in Construction Management this year, Craig has his sights firmly set on achieving Project Management Chartership through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Watch this space….
