13 Jan New Partner Hollie Griffin Joins WWA Manchester
We are delighted to welcome Hollie Griffin back to Ward Williams Associates. Having previously worked for us in Cornwall she will be based in our new Manchester office working with Martin Bennett to grow our services in the North West.
With over 12 years’ experience in the Development and Project Management fields, Hollie has significant expertise in large residential schemes with particular focus on Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Co-living developments. She has successfully led a number of prestigious schemes nationally, including Echo Street, Manchester which was the first PBSA/Co-living scheme to be granted planning permission in the City.
As an experienced Development/Project Manager, Hollie is skilled at developing innovative project delivery strategies that provide value for Clients, whilst minimising risk. Working collaboratively with her clients to understand their objectives and aspirations has resulted in consistently delivering exceptional outcomes on their projects.
