Bracken Ward

WWA provided Quantity Surveying services for the feasibility study and subsequent tendering for the refurbishment of Bracken Ward. The re-modelling of the space will provide six additional beds as well as general improvements to the facilities. The careful phasing of the works will ensure the ward will remain operational throughout the duration.

Moorgate Ward

WWA provided Quantity Surveying services for the feasibility study to modernise the ward and make improvements to enhance space utilisation.

Lancaster Ward

WWA provided Quantity Surveying services for the refurbishment of existing office space in the hospital to provide a new patient discharge lounge.

Chest Clinic

WWA provided Quantity Surveying services for the reconfiguration of existing Ward Space to provide new offices and reconfigured treatment rooms.

Tamar Ward

WWA provided Quantity Surveying services for the refurbishment of an existing 6-bed ward to provide updated bed space, along with a new reception desk for the Ward medical staff. Further works then included additional fireproofing to this and adjacent Wards, as and where directed by the Trust.

Tavy Ward

WWA provided Quantity Surveying and Project Management Services for the refurbishment of an existing office to provide updated office space, along with additional storage and a new reception desk for the Ward medical staff.
